Terms of Service

By accessing or using the DecisionHypervisor API platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and confirm you have authority to bind it.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the DecisionHypervisor API solely to integrate our execution control layer into your AI agent workflows in accordance with these Terms.

Fair use: You agree to use the API responsibly and in a manner consistent with industry best practices. You must not use the Service to process unlawful, harmful, or deceptive actions, or to circumvent security controls.

Rate limits: API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas specified in your account plan. Excessive or abusive usage that degrades service quality for other users may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API credentials and for ensuring that your agents comply with these Terms.

Tenant isolation: Each customer operates in a logically isolated environment. We implement technical and organizational measures to ensure that your data, policies, and decision traces are not accessible to other tenants.

Audit trails: The Service maintains cryptographic audit trails of all decisions, policy evaluations, and execution outcomes. These records are retained for the duration specified in your plan and are available for compliance and security review.

We process your data solely to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your decision data, policies, or agent workflows to train models or for any purpose unrelated to delivering the Service.

We strive to provide reliable access to the Service, but it is provided on a best-effort basis during the private preview period. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific performance levels.

No SLA: During private preview, no formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) applies. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance and to minimize unplanned downtime, but we make no commitments regarding uptime or response times.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecisionHypervisor and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service is an execution control layer that evaluates proposed actions before execution. We are not responsible for actions your agents take after receiving an authorization decision, or for failures to intercept actions that bypass the Service.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, or our business practices. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.

Material changes will be communicated through the Service dashboard, email, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
