By accessing or using decisionhypervisor.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and confirm you have authority to bind it.

This Site is a marketing and informational resource for DecisionHypervisor, an execution control layer for AI agents, together with a form to request access to our private preview program.

The DecisionHypervisor product described here is in private preview. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell, a binding service, or a commitment to make any product generally available.

Submitting the access or contact form is a request to start a conversation — it does not create a contractual relationship, a license, or any entitlement to the product. We may decline or decline to respond to any request at our discretion.

The interactive Policy Playground generates illustrative, non-binding examples using a third-party language model. Its output is not legal, security, or compliance advice and may be inaccurate.

Do not enter confidential, proprietary, or personal information into the playground. You are responsible for anything you submit to it.

The Site and its content — including the DecisionHypervisor name, logo, text, graphics, and code — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any license to use our trademarks or content except as necessary to view the Site. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute Site content without our written permission.

You agree not to: use the Site in any unlawful way; submit false or misleading information; attempt to access, disrupt, or overload our systems; scrape, crawl, or extract data by automated means without consent; or use the Site to transmit malicious code.

If you share ideas, suggestions, or feedback (for example, through a form), you agree we may use them without restriction or obligation to you, and that they are not confidential.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
